We want your order to arrive fast, intact, and exactly as described. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we ship, what to do if something goes wrong, and how to return a product if needed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
During product launches and limited drops, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days due to volume. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays by email.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to the United States only. We are working to expand internationally and will announce when that becomes available. Sign up for our drop list to be notified.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, ups.com, or fedex.com).
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property, including side doors, garages, and with neighbors
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive
- Contact us if the issue persists and we will open a carrier investigation
Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at returns@dryguy.co within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dryguy.co with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace damaged or defective products at no charge, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available. We cover return shipping in all cases where the error is on our end.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at support@dryguy.co with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return per the policy above.
